Infinity Rehab is looking for PRN/On-Call outpatient Physical and Occupational Therapists who are interested in working for the outpatient physical therapy clinics at these beautiful retirement campuses. This position primarily evaluates and treats the aging adult population and can incorporate other age groups in the community. You will work with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities with a focus on balance and fall prevention,therapeutic exercises for functional strengthening, patient/family education,mobility, core strengthening, and pain management.

You will recommend and participate in the development of new services and programs. You will participate in patient care meetings,educational in-services, caregiver orientation and other professional activities.

This position requires a qualified therapist who can:

• Build a Proactive Wellness Program
• Market Clinic to the Community
• Screen residents and patients
• Build various therapy programs: Orthopedic Rehab, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent manual therapy skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and display flexibility in a fast paced and changing work environment
• Ability to assess patients’ condition and exercise independent judgment to implement life-sustaining action
