Division President, Infinity

JoLynn Munro

Division President, Infinity

JoLynn Munro, M.S., OTR/L, is the Division President of Infinity Rehab. As a member of the team since 2007, Munro considers Infinity Rehab home – the place she is meant to be. She loves the vision and culture shared by Infinity Rehab leadership and staff.

Before becoming Division President, Munro shared her talents as Area Rehab Director and Regional Director of Operations. She brought exceptional knowledge, skills, and passion in every role and continues to do so as Division President.

As a leader, Munro gains strength through the network of support throughout Infinity. She believes in a team effort to move Infinity Rehab successfully through the many changes and challenges the company will face in the future.

Munro has led teams through significant changes, rallying people around a specific vision and idea. She honed these skills through her experience in the Leadership Academy, an important program offered through Infinity. As a Leadership Academy coach, Munro believes she benefitted while helping others advance their leadership skills. The idea of continuous development of skilled and passionate leaders will be a key component of the future success of Infinity Rehab.

In addition to leadership, Munro is also passionate about therapy. She has spoken about topics such as medication management, among others, at several conferences, including the American Occupational Therapy Association, Leading Age Washington, and Washington Healthcare Association conferences.

She is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Occupational Therapy Association and the National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies.

Munro earned her master’s degree in occupational therapy from Washington University in 1990. She brings her experience and insight as an Occupational Therapist (OT) to her role as Division President. OTs look at their patients as a whole person. Munro applies this thought process to Infinity. Rather than focused leadership on component parts, Infinity must be led as a whole company with a focus on those processes and changes that are most beneficial.

Munro feels humbled to be where she is today. She lives by being passionate, building and supporting teams, moving forward with confidence, and embracing both challenges and opportunities.

When she’s not working, you can find Munro reading a good book, biking along a trail, hiking with her husband of 25 years, or spending time with her family.

Director of Quality & Clinical Outcomes

Patty Scheets

Director of Quality & Clinical Outcomes

Patty Scheets, PT, DPT, MHS, NCS – Director of Quality & Clinical Outcomes Patty did her entry-level and all post-professional education at Washington University in St. Louis where she also began her career in the clinical environment led by the director of the Program in Physical Therapy. Her patient care experience began in acute rehabilitation and acute neuromedicine and neurosurgery care. It was in this environment, surrounded by expert clinicians and physical therapy educators and researchers, that she developed her commitment to understanding her patient’s movement problems and integrating what was being learned from research into practice. Patty, along with her colleagues at Washington University, has developed and published a system of Movement System Diagnoses for patients with neuromuscular conditions. These diagnostic categories describe the patterns of movement problems seen in neuromuscular patients. Use of the diagnostic categories guides the clinician through a systematic movement system examination needed to discern different types of movement problems and in making critical choices in treatment selection. After leaving Washington University in 2000, Patty has provided clinical leadership in a variety of settings. In each of these settings she has worked to implement a systematic approach to managing movement system problems in neuromuscular and musculoskeletal patients. She has focused much of her energy on developing and implementing strategies for applying evidence in practice. Most recently, Patty was a National Clinical Specialist with Gentiva Health Services, a national home health and hospice company. In this role, she gained valuable experience in implementing advanced clinical strategies on a large scale. Patty is also the President of the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy, one of the fastest growing sections of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
