Derek Fenwick recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as an Emerging Leader

Derek Fenwick PT, MBA, Area Rehab Director for Infinity Rehab, was recently recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association as an Emerging Leader.
Derek joined Infinity Rehab in May of 2010 to further enhance his ability to lead teams. Stacey Turner, MS-CCC-SLP his Regional Director of Operations reports-

In the short time that Derek has been with Infinity Rehab he has demonstrated the ability to communicate his vision as well as inspire other to do the same. APTA Names Derek Fenwick, PT as an Emerging Leader APTA recently selected Oregon’s Derek Fenwick as a recipient of this year’s Emerging Leader Award. This award honors individuals that have demonstrated extraordinary service to the profession early in their careers. Recipients are regarded by the state association as individuals who have made exceptional accomplishments and contributions to the association. Derek is one of 21 APTA members from around the country that is recognized with this award this year, and will be features in the October 2010 issue of PT Magazine.

“Derek is a very passionate leader and I see great potential in him. He is willing to listen to all sides of an argument, and clearly thinks for himself. As a younger professional, he brings a perspective and mastery of social media to the board which is greatly needed and appreciated.
