Lynn Janssen, EdD, SLP-CCC is an Area Rehab Director for Infinity Rehab. Lynn is also a coach with Infinity Rehab’s Leadership Academy, a professional development program that transforms employees into high-function leaders through onsite and distance learning. Because of these credentials, Lynn recently presented at the Care Providers of Minnesota Leading4Life Leadership Fellowship.
Lynn’s presentation was titled “Leading Through Change.” This 4-hour facilitation to the 2019 Leading4Life scholars engaged them in the topics of clarity of purpose, shared vision, leading versus managing, the power of progress, and resistance to organizational change.
The feedback from the scholars was very positive. One participant noted, “Lynn was a great speaker. It really got me thinking and reflecting on my leadership and management style.” Another noted the benefits of the group participation and teamwork exercises. The complete feedback is included below.
Infinity Rehab leadership regularly present and train at various conferences throughout the year. They attend several Care Providers of Minnesota conferences annually.
