SEATTLE, Wash. – Infinity Rehab is pleased to provide therapy services to Paramount Rehabilitation and Nursing as of December 1, 2019.
Paramount Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 165-bed skilled nursing community offering therapy and rehabilitation to individuals in the Seattle, Washington area.
With the addition of this new contract, Infinity Rehab now provides therapy services for 57 communities in Washington and six in Seattle.

This rehabilitation community ranks better than the national average in the percentage of patients who improve in function and significantly better than the national average in long-stay residents who receive antianxiety medication.

Infinity Rehab welcomes its new customer just two months after a major industry change, the Patient-Driven Payment Model, a shift from volume-based to value-based care. Infinity Rehab is primed to support Paramount Rehabilitation and Nursing through this change, amongst its other customers, as the team has prepared for PDPM for years.
