Mentorship – Infinity Rehab’s Dedication to New Therapists

We know how important mentorship is for new therapists. This is why Infinity Rehab has developed a comprehensive mentorship program for new graduate therapists who are hired in a full-time position.


The purpose of the mentor program is to provide new Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants, Physical Therapists, and Physical Therapist Assistant the opportunity to have an experienced sub-acute therapist as a contact person to discuss clinical questions and provide training for the development of clinical skills. The mentorship program includes written policies and procedures, mentoring plans, and skill checklists.

Infinity Rehab mentors have at least two years of experience working in a clinical setting and have been with the company for at least one year. Our mentors have demonstrated their dedication to continuing education and have indicated to the Infinity Rehab Home Office a desire to become a mentor.
