Leadership and Vision

Leadership Academy definitely helped me grow and become a leader for my team, my facility and for Infinity Rehab.  It has given me the tools to continue to grow my leadership skills beyond the classroom and to help others grow as leaders, clinicians and innovators.  I have learned about our values as individuals and teams and how they tie in with not only the company vision but our own visions for various projects. Infinity Rehab is very excited to announce that the application period for the Leadership Academy Class of 2016 is NOW OPEN! The Infinity Rehab Leadership Academy is a year-long experience that combines onsite & distance learning to help transform high potential employees into high functioning leaders. The Leadership Academy curriculum aims to bring Infinity’s core values together with key leadership practices proven through research to be effective strategies in navigating real world challenges.
