As of February 28, 2017, the Senate Bill (S. 253) for Medicare Access to Rehabilitation Services Act of 2017 which would repeal the Therapy Cap has 15 co-sponsors in addition to Sen. Cardin, Benjamin L. [D-MD] the original sponsor:
If your Congressional representative(s) are not on this list please call them and ask them to co-sponsor these Bills so Medicare beneficiaries do not loose access to the care they need to maintain and progress in their quality of life! At the NARA Spring Conference, we will be discussing these Bills and how you can talk to your Member on Capitol Hill on May 4th or by inviting them to your clinic to see first hand the impact of the Therapy Cap.
